Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead on the floor across Esprit Noir and Le Rivage. You’ll oversee service, mentor the team and uphold Sofitel’s luxury standards in a two-venue setting.

Drive guest experiences, manage stock and POS ops, support upselling, and collaborate with Kitchen and hotel teams to ensure seamless service. RSA and full Australian working rights required.
