Emirates Wolgan Valley, a Ritz-Carlton Lodge, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations across the reserve. You will personally perform tasks while guiding staff, reporting to the Director of Culinary, and ensuring exceptional culinary quality and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise all kitchen activities across dining venues, maintain stringent food safety, and drive sustainable sourcing and cost control in a ultra-luxury setting.
