Noẽma, the latest concept from Lucas Collective, opens this spring in Melbourne’s CBD. Full time and casual Cocktail Bartenders will join the opening team, bringing high-end bar experience and a passion for hospitality.

You will work in a premium dining setting, serving signature cocktails, mastering beverage production, and adapting to a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays. RSA certification is required.
