Samir's Indian Kitchen is seeking a full time Cook with solid knowledge of Indian cuisine to prepare authentic dishes in a busy kitchen. You will work on curries, tandoori, breads, rice and other specialties, following recipes while maintaining quality and presentation.
The role requires previous commercial cookery experience in Indian cuisine, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to hygiene and teamwork. Australia-based candidates with residency are preferred.
