An prospect is available for an experienced Qualified Fitter to join a busy workshop team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong mechanical fitting skills, particularly across hydraulic systems and machinery repairs.

The Role:
Troubleshoot, repair, install and commission hydraulic systems.
Manufacture hydraulic hoses.
Complete mechanical assembly and disassembly of machinery.
Work with bearings, bushes and general mechanical components.
Carry out maintenance and repairs on current and existing equipment.
Identify faults and work independently to resolve issues.

About You:
Trade qualified Fitter with solid practical experience.
Hydraulic experience is highly regarded.
Own comprehensive trade tool kit.




Physically fit and comfortable working around and underneath machinery.
Able to work independently and across different workshop areas.
Forklift licence preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

What’s on Offer?
$50–$55 per hour , depending on experience.
Full time, Monday to Friday.
Approximately 6:00am–5:00pm or 6:30am–4:00pm.
Overtime available.
Potential for a 4-day working week for the right person.
Predominantly workshop-based position.
