Tecala ICT Pty Limited is seeking an IT Support Desk Team Leader to oversee the L1/L2 TOC engineers in Melbourne. You will drive proactive improvements, coach staff, and coordinate end-to-end incident handling to ensure SLA compliance and high CSAT.

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will mentor the team, manage performance, onboarding, rostering and leave, while liaising with vendors and service providers to maintain top-tier service delivery.
