Blacktown City Council is seeking a Safety Lead to work with operations and leaders, strengthening our WHS culture through practical advice, incident reviews and audits. You will monitor the WHS incident register, investigate incidents and participate in workplace inspections to drive corrective actions.
You will support policy and system improvements, address safety risks with managers and staff, and promote secure behaviours across the organisation.
