Glasshouse Fragrances is seeking an HR Advisor on a 12-month maternity cover to support HR operations across Australia, Current Zealand and the USA. Based at our head office in Rydalmere, you will drive recruitment, employee lifecycle processes and engagement initiatives for ~200 staff across admin, retail and manufacturing.
You will be professionally qualified with 3–6 years of HR generalist experience, solid communication, and system literacy.
