Rick's Garage is a big American-style diner on the Sunshine Coast hinterland. We need a Food & Beverage Manager to own the numbers and lead the FOH and bar teams across the diner, Whiskey Bar, Retro Bar and Garden Bar.
You’ll drive beverage ordering, stock management, monthly stocktakes and labour planning while growing the drinks program, running events and ensuring superb guest service across busy weekends and functions.
