Must-Have Criteria
Relevant Speech Pathology / Speech-Language Pathology qualification
Current or eligible Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
Australian work rights
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Good-to-Have:
Paediatric Speech Pathology experience
Experience working with neurodevelopmental conditions
Experience collaborating with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals
Previous experience in Australian clinical settings
Education / Registration
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Speech Pathology / Speech-Language Pathology
Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, communication, and developmental assessments.
Develop individualized therapy and intervention plans.
Deliver evidence-based speech pathology interventions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
Monitor client outcomes and modify therapy plans as required.
Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and allied health professionals.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
Contribute to clinical service improvement and professional development.
Experienced clinicians may support mentoring and service development .
