One Door Mental Health is seeking a Program Manager for the Canterbury Medicare Mental Health Centre. You will lead an established community mental health service during a growth phase as we relocate to a larger, purpose-built facility in Campsie.

This full time role includes an on-call roster and occasional after-hours and weekend work with versatile arrangements for the right candidate, focusing on partnerships, quality, and service improvement.
