With a permanent local presence in 4 countries and seasonal presences in many more, the company has been pioneering new education programs to appeal to the current generation of study abroad students. We are looking for a full time Finance Skilled with solid Accounting skills, to work in our Sydney office.
Overseeing all internal finance operations across our United States, Singapore, and Australia entities. This includes full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
Working closely with senior leadership to support strategic financial planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance internal accounting processes.
Lead in identifying and correcting historical program coding discrepancies and actively managing GST recovery and international tax-related documentation.
Ownership of strengthening financial infrastructure by leading the development and implementation of systems that support long-term scalability and organisational objectives.




Day to day reconciliation of all payment related activities for the company and its sister entities.
Liaising with external accountants for the preparing and lodging of financial statements, regulatory compliant documentation, reports and audit submissions.
Examining operating costs and organisations' income and expenditure
Maintaining and upholding internal policies and processes
Formulating budgetary and accounting policies
Assisting senior management with all finance related projects such as GST review, Transfer Pricing review etc… that span across multiple entities in multiple jurisdictions

Required Skills and Qualifications
Finance or Accounting degree or similar
General Ledger reconciliation experience preferred
Ability to forecast and budget
Multi-Entity Bookkeeping
Expert knowledge of Accounting Software (primarily Xero and MYOB)
GST and Tax Compliance knowledge
Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum plus superannuation, based on previous skills and experience. Please only apply if you have the relevant degree and skills set.
