The Chance
Quality commercial builder requires an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor for an immediate short-term project in Gawler.
A multi-level ground floor, first floor and mezzanine fit out/refurbishment being delivered in a live workplace, with existing tenants swapping floors throughout the works.
About You
Proven commercial fit out/refurbishment experience
Confident coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
Experienced working in live/occupied environments
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
Safety and quality focused
Able to hit the ground running from day one
Robust organisational skills and ability to keep works moving
Available for a short-term contract
