About the Role

Reporting to the Team Lead of Operations, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily cash operations that underpin our debt facilities and investments. You’ll ensure the highest standards of accuracy and service are met across all transactions, supporting both investor and borrower needs.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
Coordinate and prepare loan drawdowns and liaise with relevant internal and external teams for funding and disbursements needs
Monitor and manage loan repayment process and coordinating subsequent follow-on disbursements
Collect and track interest and fee payments.
Prepare and process investor distributions.
Reconcile loan and investment records against third-party reports.




Support audit processes by preparing data and responding to queries promptly.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related discipline (preferred).
Experience in funds management, financial services or commercial property lending is advantageous, but not essential.
