Minus 1 is seeking an experienced AM Fleet Allocator to join our Victorian Operations team. The role focuses on morning coordination and allocation of our refrigerated transport fleet, covering LTL and FTL operations across the network.
The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of temperature-controlled transport, robust communication skills, and the ability to manage complex allocations under pressure while coordinating drivers, customers, and warehouse teams.
