About the Role

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, Residential Aged Care's and community settings. You will manage a varied caseload across:
Aged Care (Home Care Package clients)
NDIS participants
DVA clients
Private clients

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, supporting mobility and functional independence, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive client outcomes.

About You
Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration
Passion for community-based care and improving client independence
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Current driver’s licence andyour own vehicle
