Sushi World in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Head Chef to run the overnight production kitchen and lead a small team. You will prep, pack and dispatch orders to spec from midnight to 10am, coordinating across catering and retail lines.

We expect 3+ years in high-volume kitchens, a solid HACCP background, and a NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain). Sushi expertise is welcome and growth is available as the catering division expands.
