Casual Gym Staff / Group Fitness Trainer (PT Opportunity Available)

Jetts Beerwah is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Casual Gym Staff Member / Group Fitness Trainer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting members on their fitness journey, and contributing to a positive gym community.

You’ll be working in a modern Jetts facility with a supportive team , helping deliver great member experiences while building your own experience in the fitness industry.

The Role

Your responsibilities may include:
Welcoming members and assisting with reception duties
Providing excellent customer service and member support




Maintaining a clean, friendly and motivating gym workplace
Running or assisting with group fitness classes
Helping build a solid and positive community within the gym

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, outgoing and confident engaging with people
Reliable, professional and proactive
Passionate about health and fitness
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Requirements
Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)
First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Blue Card

Certificate IV in Fitness is highly regarded but not essential.

For those with Cert IV and an ABN , there may also be the opportunity to grow your own Personal Training business within the gym .
