You will drive customer service excellence, coach volunteers, and push to meet and beat sales targets while sustaining a welcoming workplace for our dedicated community volunteers.

In this role you’ll manage daily operations, ensure a secure workspace, and contribute to social impact through a not-for-profit retail model.
