Bulk Group is looking for an experienced operator with both high-reach and counterbalance forklift experience to join our warehouse team in a full-time, hourly role .

You’ll be working in a rapid-paced logistics environment, operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts and handling general freight as well as solar products — including lifting, picking, strapping and wrapping.

High Reach Forklift Roles | Full-Time

The Role

This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be:
Operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts as a regular part of the role
Loading, unloading and moving freight
Picking and preparing freight for dispatch
Putaways and general stock movements
Strapping and wrapping freight for dispatch
Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations

Hours
Full time, hourly position
Monday to Friday – daytime hours only (no night shift)

What You’ll Need
Current LF Forklift Licence
Demonstrated high-reach forklift experience – essential
Demonstrated counterbalance forklift experience – essential
Confidence operating both high-reach and counterbalance forklifts in a busy warehouse environment
Previous warehouse, transport or freight experience
Strong safety awareness




Reliable and ready to work as part of a team
