Piccolo By Her in Fortitude Valley is seeking a barista who genuinely loves coffee and wants to grow with us. Casual to start, with permanent part-time or full time on the table for the right person.

We prize real curiosity about coffee, quick thinking in a busy service, and flexible availability. Weekly and monthly training with a world-certified trainer, plus a explicit path to Supervisor or Head Barista are on offer.

Bonus points for cupping, filter/pourover, or developing recent menu ideas.
