Carpentaria is seeking a compassionate Youth Support Worker to provide protected, trauma-informed support to young people aged 12–18 within our residential care and youth services programs. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive behaviours.

This role requires a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or ability to obtain), experience in residential care, and solid communication skills.
