Job Description
Wesley Mission is seeking casual/part-time Youth Workers/Direct Care Workers for OOHC Residential Care Homes to support children and young people in an Interim Care Model (ICM).
The role includes weekend and sleepover shifts within a versatile roster.
A team-based approach will be used to support transitions to more permanent care options, with emphasis on safety, care, and trauma-informed support for vulnerable young people.
