REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE - Build Your Career in Real Estate Sales
This is an opportunity to build a career in real estate sales with Harcourts Next Gen Oakleigh.
You'll be involved in the business of real estate from the beginning, working alongside experienced sales agents to learn the fundamentals of real estate sales and progressively develop from Sales Associate into a capable real estate sales professional.
Key responsibilities
Prospect and create new opportunities
Build and manage a database
Conduct open homes and private inspections
Communicate confidently with buyers and sellers
Follow up and develop buyers
Assist with appraisals and listing presentations
Manage property marketing campaigns
Develop your communication and negotiation skills
Build relationships with homeowners in your market
Build your profile and progressively create your own pipeline of business

Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and required Victorian real estatequalifications/eligibilityto perform the duties of an agent's representative, or be progressing toward meeting those requirements
