Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, the
Individual Giving Coordinator
will play an important role in delivering Barnardos Individual Giving program, supporting both Cash Giving and Regular Giving campaigns.
Working across donor acquisition, retention, reactivation and upgrade initiatives, you'll help implement integrated fundraising campaigns that drive income growth and strengthen long-term supporter relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented fundraising professional who enjoys coordinating campaigns from planning through to evaluation.
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and agencies, you'll help deliver direct mail, digital, telemarketing, SMS and email campaigns, monitor performance, contribute to donor journeys and help strengthen supporter retention, engagement and long-term fundraising growth.
About YOU
You are a proactive fundraising coordinator who enjoys managing projects, building supporter engagement and contributing to successful fundraising outcomes.
Experience in fundraising, marketing or campaign coordination,
ideally within the not-for-profit sector
Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, digital, telemarketing, email or social media channels
Solid project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
An understanding of donor acquisition, retention and stewardship principles
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and with external suppliers
Sound financial literacy and confidence monitoring campaign performance and reporting
Experience using fundraising databases or CRM systems, ideally Raiser's Edge or similar
A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and families
