Mobilise cross-functional teams to deliver programs of work in a coordinated, customer-centric manner

Translate the organisational and people strategy into
local
workforce,
capability
and culture priorities for your business area, adding value,
partnerships
and plans to deliver
•
Provide
key insights on people matters and actively influence and support successful embedding of people strategies
•
Provide expert guidance and influence leaders to adopt current P&C; frameworks,
policies
and ways of working
There is an
expectation of regular travel to
our sites across Tasmania to build relationships, align to operational requirements, and deeply understand the employee experience
.

Skills & experience
• Significant experience in strategic HR business partnering or senior advisory roles within complex operational environments (exposure to industrial environments and/or regional workforces will be highly regarded);
• Strong demonstrated experience developing and implementing people initiatives and providing strategic advice to senior leaders
;
• Commercial acumen with ability to understand business drivers and translate into people solutions;
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills
;
• Ability to mobilise and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned programs of work;
• Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity (and coach others to do the same)
