Key Responsibilities
Provide premium haircuts, fades, and traditional barbering services
Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
Maintain a clean and skilled workspace
Stay current with modern and traditional cutting techniques
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Participate in our famous Thursday & Friday happy hour traditions
Requirements
Certified barber qualification (Cert III in Barbering or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of barbering experience preferred
Proficiency in modern and traditional cutting techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in environment
Passion for the craft and continuous improvement
