We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with over three years of experience to join our growing and supportive Rental Department.

You'll be joining an established department with strong systems, dedicated leasing support and administrative assistance to help you manage your portfolio effectively.

About the role:
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing your portfolio from tenancy commencement through to vacate
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and renters
Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance




Managing arrears, compliance and tenancy matters
Providing proactive and professional communication
Ensuring your portfolio is compliant with current Victorian legislation
Working with our Leasing and BDM teams to identify opportunities and support portfolio growth
Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high level of service
We're looking for someone who:
Has 3 plus years' experience in residential Property Management
Has a strong understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
Takes ownership of their portfolio and follows tasks through
Is confident dealing with landlords, renters and trades
Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
Enjoys working as part of a team and is willing to support others
Hold a current Australian Driver Licence and Agent's Representative Certificate
