InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. You'll support the brigade across two signature restaurants, bar, room service, and banquets, learning across cuisines in a quick-paced coastal setting.

This role suits someone with 6–12 months in a commercial kitchen, a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery, and a passion for high-standards food safety and presentation. Visa must be valid for work in Australia.
