About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will play an important role in providing high-quality education and care while supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating safe, engaging and inclusive learning environments
Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Supporting programming, observations, documentation and intentional teaching
Ensuring children's safety,



wellbeing and active supervision
Working collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of practice
Supporting ratios and compliance requirements
Contributing to the service's quality improvement journey
Working in accordance with the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations

Essential Requirements
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (no visa sponsorship available)
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care completed or currently working towards
Cert III Educators working towards their Diploma are encouraged to apply
1–2 years' experience in an early childhood setting
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations
Current NSW Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Child Protection
Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
