Job Description
Burson, part of Bapcor, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager (2IC) for the Hallam branch on a maternity leave contract through to January ****.
You'll support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales performance and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service to customers.
This hands-on leadership role requires a team-oriented approach, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage inventory, uphold OH&S; standards, and lead by example.
