Youth Lifestyle Options in Queensland is seeking Casual Residential Care Workers to join our team, providing therapeutic care to children and young people in our residential houses in Redbank Plains.
Casual shifts include sleepovers, days, weekends and weekdays with at least 3 shifts per week and weekend sleepovers required.
Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 1 year in Residential Care or relevant settings, resilience, and a robust understanding of developmental needs and trauma.
