Hamilton Island Enterprises – Hamilton Island QLD is home to Beach Club, an adults-only boutique resort with a contemporary Australian menu.
We are seeking a qualified Commis Chef to join Beach Club Restaurant and develop skills in a premium boutique hotel kitchen.
You will work hands-on across preparation and service, gain experience with premium seafood and native Australian ingredients, and learn from an experienced culinary team while refining up-to-date cooking and plating techniques.
