HR Professionals with NFP and SCHADS Experience
NFP Success was established in **** and we are Australia's only consultancy 100% dedicated to assisting small to medium sized not for profit organisations.
Our services and our fees also reflect our understanding and respect for the not for profit sector and the outstanding work that community groups undertake.
Our 54 Tier One consultants have all held Senior Manager and Board roles in the Sector and we also from time to time engage specialist consultants such as Marketing, HR and OHS consultants, who have NFP Sector experience
About the Opportunity
Steady Work - you tell us the hours you seek to work each week ***** hours per week
Manage your own client portfolio
$***** per hour +Super with NFP Sector HR Experience
$***** per hour + Super with Stand-Alone HR Manager experience in smaller NFP
$***** per hour + Super with NFP Sector Board Membership and HR Experience
$100 per hour + GST - ACN - Company to Company Basis




Current immediate opportunities available in Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne
We only work in the not for profit sector so experience with the following is ideal:
SCHADS Award and Classifications
National Employment Standards
Small Business unfair dismissal and severance pay exemptions
Employment Contracts
Fixed Term Contracts
This sort of work would likely to appeal to experienced HR Professionals who do not work full time elsewhere and so have time to undertake project work in business hours.
Most work off site (WFH) although occasional client site visits will be needed.
The work involves working with not for profit organisations undertaking a variety of fundamental HR tasks such as:
recruitment
employment contracts
redundancies
Award wage classifications
Award advice
Fair Work matters
