Job Description
Weir is seeking a Workshop Supervisor in Kalgoorlie, WA to lead a 15-person team across mechanical rebuilds and paint operations.
The role focuses on safe, efficient, and quality service delivery, driving continuous improvement and robust customer relations on a day-to-day basis.
Onsite with minimal travel, you will manage service orders, budgets, and SAP reporting while upholding safety standards and Lean/ISO practices to support production targets and site profitability.
