The role leads capability assessment for learning and development across volunteers and staff within the Eastern Region and ensures operational readiness for emergencies.
The ACO L&D; guides L&D; strategy, coordinates SMEs, and designs courses; it may undertake operational command and control during regional or state-wide operations.
