Job Description
NSW Health Brookvale Older People's Mental Health Service is seeking a mental health skilled on a temporary 12-month basis to work within the multidisciplinary team, delivering high quality, evidence-based care to older people with complex mental health needs.
Collaboration with consumers, carers, GPs and aged care services is essential.
The role is 24 hours per week, part-time, at Brookvale Community Health Centre, OPMHS, and requires immunisation and NSW Health OASV compliance.
