Job Description
Randstad HR Partners in the north-west region of Sydney seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (Senior HRBP) to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions across a multi-site, heavy industry environment.
The successful candidate will have robust heavy industry employee relations and industrial relations experience, be comfortable with enterprise bargaining negotiations, and travel regularly within NSW to support sites in the Southern Highlands.
