Physiotherapist – Community & Private Practice

Location: Western Suburbs of Melbourne

We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join a growing practice offering personalised physiotherapy and rehabilitation services across clinic and community settings.

About the Role
Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
Develop personalised rehabilitation and exercise programs.
Support clients across a range of conditions and age groups.
Provide community and home-based services where required.
Work with clients across areas including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, aged care, chronic pain, NDIS and general rehabilitation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.

About You
AHPRA General Registration as a Physiotherapist.




Solid clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Experience in MSK, rehabilitation, community or aged care is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Passionate about delivering personalised, patient-centred care.
Full Australian working rights preferred.
