Gippsland Physiotherapy Group is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Casual Practice Administrator to join our Bairnsdale team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy setting and is looking for a regular casual role within a supportive healthcare team.

Applicants must be available to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays . Additional casual hours may also be available from time to time to assist with annual leave and staff absences.
About the Role /n
As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a friendly and welcoming clinic workplace while supporting our physiotherapists with the day-to-day running of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:
/n
/n
Welcoming patients and providing excellent front-desk service
/n
Answering phone and email enquiries
/n
Scheduling appointments and managing bookings
/n
Processing payments and health fund claims
/n
Maintaining accurate patient records
/n
Providing general administrative support to clinicians and management
/n
Assisting with the day-to-day organisation of the clinic
/n
About You /n
We’re looking for someone who:
/n
/n
Is available to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
/n
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
/n
Is friendly, bubbly and confident when dealing with patients
/n
Is organised and has strong attention to detail
/n
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
/n
Can work independently and use initiative
/n
Enjoys being part of a supportive and busy team
/n
Can assist with additional leave coverage when available
/n
/n
Previous reception or administration experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided to the right person.
