With all four Tech Hospital stores now open, we’re expanding our team and looking for additional team members to support our continued growth across Newcastle:

Westfield Kotara | Glendale City Centre | Marketown | The Junction /n

We specialise in mobile phone, tablet, laptop and gaming console repairs, along with accessories and other tech services.

Job description About the Role /n

We’re looking for motivated people who enjoy technology, customer service and sales .

The role includes:

Mobile phone and device repairs

/n
Diagnosing and troubleshooting devices

/n
Customer service and retail sales

/n
Recommending accessories and repair options

/n
Managing stock and keeping the store organised

/n




Working towards individual and store sales KPIs and performance targets

/n

What We're Looking For /n

/n
Basic iPhone/Samsung repair experience is preferred

/n
Good computer and technology knowledge

/n
Retail, sales or customer service experience

/n
Confident and friendly with customers

/n
Reliable with good attention to detail

/n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

/n

/n

Don't have extensive repair experience? That's okay. If you're valuable with technology, excellent with customers and keen to learn, we can provide training.
