Commercial Collections / Credit Control – Perth CBD Are you an experienced Commercial Collections, Credit Control or Debt Recovery professional looking for your next opportunity?

The Role Manage a portfolio of commercial and consumer accounts, working with clients and customers to achieve positive recovery outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
Manage recovery files from initial contact through to resolution
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
Resolve disputes and outstanding account issues
Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation




Provide clients with regular progress updates
Meet recovery targets while delivering qualified service

About You
Experience in collections, credit control, mercantile services or debt recovery
Solid negotiation and communication skills
Confident handling challenging conversations
Organised, accurate and results-focused
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
