The role will provide skilled planning assessment services across a range of development and subdivision matters, ensuring applications are assessed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant legislation and council requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess Development Applications and prepare reports for Council determination.
Review and process Subdivision Works Certificate applications.
Assess Subdivision Certificate applications.
Undertake assessments of Section 138 applications under the Roads Act.
Review Planning Certificates and provide planning advice as required.
