Medical Receptionist (Permanent Part-Time)
/n We are looking for a warm, capable and proactive individual to join our friendly and growing team as a Medical Receptionist.
/n
The ideal candidate will be confident in both front-facing reception duties and behind-the-scenes administration - someone who enjoys helping others, stays organised, and is a calm, reliable presence within our team.
About the Role /n
This is a permanent part-time position supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy medical clinic. You will work alongside five experienced receptionists and closely with our Practice Manager to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for both patients and practitioners.

Essential requirements:

Previous medical reception experience
/n
/n
Experience using Best Practice clinical software
/n
/n
You will also have:

Solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

/n
A calm, solutions-focused approach in a busy environment

/n
Confidence working independently and collaboratively

Availability /n

25 hours per week

Chance for additional hours

Flexibility to work a combination of opening and closing shifts, with shared leave cover across the reception team
