The Organisation

Working with a well-known organisation in a cooperative team environment; our client is seeking a skilled payroll officer to join their team on a contractual basis based in Melbourne's South East. The role is seeking a highly skilled individual who has the ability to hit the ground running.

The Responsibilities

The duties of the role will include the following, but not be limited to:
Processing a high volume fortnightly and monthly payroll
Interpretation and application of various EBAs & awards
Prepare and lodge payroll tax and superannuation
Processing recent starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
Proving accurate information in response to employee queries




Other ad hoc related tasks

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however will not be limited to:
Has prior experience processing end to end payroll
Can start immediately
Ability to interpret different EBA's
Strong attention to details
Explicit written and verbal communication
