An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a growing mining organisation during a significant growth phase. Based in West Perth, this role will focus on sourcing and securing high-calibre technical and qualified talent to support ongoing project and operational requirements.

About the Role Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical white-collar positions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver exceptional talent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and professional mining roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop talent attraction strategies
Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels
Manage candidate screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding
Build and maintain talent pools for future workforce needs
Provide market insights and recruitment best practice advice to stakeholders




Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

About You
Proven experience in an internal or agency Talent Acquisition role
Essential experience recruiting technical white-collar mining positions
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
Proactive sourcing and talent mapping capability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
