Job Description

Bolton Clarke Residential Aged Care Prospects – Warrnambool VIC is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Care on a casual/temporary basis. The role focuses on client-centered care, assessments, prevention, early detection, referrals and health promotion within Consumer Directed Care guidelines.
