Linkforce continues to grow, and to manage our large workforce, we have ongoing recruitment for Planning & Mobilisation Coordinators, with intakes each month. We’re looking for people with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving setting.

Based in our Perth CBD Head Office, this role operates on an 8:6 roster (Wednesday–Wednesday), with the option to work from home for up to 50% of your swing once you are fully trained.

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end process from initial request through to mobilisation; coordinating people, schedules and logistics to help deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As a Planning Coordinator, you will:
Create, update & maintain job builds in our bespoke planning system
Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation plans across multiple projects & shutdowns
Coordinate and book flights, travel and accommodation
Allocate personnel to create efficient schedules aligned with KPI targets
Ensure training,



qualifications and inductions meet company, client and site requirements

What You'll Need
Experience in rapid-paced roles requiring organisation and attention to detail
Robust IT literacy, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Confident making and receiving calls
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
Buoyancy and resilience — staying positive and composed under pressure
Previous experience in mobilisation, planning, or the mining industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
