Position: Chef de Partie (Full-time)

Salary level: $79,000 to $85,000 p.a.

We are looking for a qualified Chef for a full-time position to work with our kitchen team.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Ensure food preparation and presentation adheres to company standards.
Work effectively within the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and products to guests.
Demonstrate a working understanding of food, hygiene, and safety principles.
Adherence to house policies and procedures, including OH&S; legislation.

Skills and Experience:
Related cookery qualification is preferred and at least 1 or 2 year of post qualifications experience.
Meticulous and have a demonstrated ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Secure and accurate knife skills
Experience in pizza making and other Italian food.
Knowledge and experience in a variety of different cooking methods
Flexibility with working hours including evenings and weekends.
Ability to contribute to planning for menu specials.
