Cater Care is looking for a passionate Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team in Walkerville. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine your culinary expertise with strong people and operational skills to deliver quality food and exceptional dining experiences every day.

You’ll take ownership of the daily kitchen operation, lead and develop your team, maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, food safety and hygiene, and ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation, including team scheduling, workflow and service delivery
Oversee menu planning, food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistently high standards of quality and taste
Manage stock ordering, inventory and food costs, with a solid focus on minimising waste
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and compliance across the kitchen
Lead by example in an open-kitchen setting, engaging professionally with customers and supporting the wider hospitality team as required
